THE COURTYARD RESTAURANT
The Courtyard Restaurant is also used as our larger meeting room and caters for up to 80 people with the restaurant having the ability to be expanded upon using a marquee over the lawn.
MEETING ROOM HIRE
Our modern meeting room can hold up to 36 people (dependant on layout) for meetings, workshops, student or adult learning activities and training courses.
You are able to use our 60′ screen for presentations using an HDMI hook-up. A flip chart, with paper and pens is available by negotiation.
CONFERENCES
The Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb offers clients a unique opportunity to escape from the busy towns and cities and come out to the country to the worlds oldest motor sport venue.
We can offer a number of solutions all located in The Courtyard surrounded by traditional brick buildings and a working water mill.
With the MAC Office also located in The Coutryard, you will find helpful staff who can provide assistance should you need it.
We have an on-site catering company who can cater for all your requirements from tea and coffee to breakfast, lunches and receptions.
We require a minimum of 5 working days’ notice of bookings, subject to room availability.
You and your attendees will be welcome to walk the hill climb course or view our working water mill whilst you are here.
Any conference can be added to with our team building activities or a run up the famous hill climb.
WEDDINGS
The location of the Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb situated in the stunning Teme Valley makes a perfect location for your memorable day.
The hill climb which is steeped in motorsport amd automotive history lends itself to being a very special location for your celebrations.
The heart of the courtyard is the large open lawn with the Courtyard Restaurant, working water mill, open bar and timber barn providing different settings for your event.
The lawn can be covered with a marquee and linked to the restaurant. The barn can provide a great location for dancing and music with the open bar keeping everyone topped up.
With the church right on our doorstep and ample hardstanding parking in the race paddock, we have everything you need for your day.
