Members Day - Sept

The Members’ Day is a great opportunity to experience the hill in a relaxed, controlled and fun atmosphere. We welcome you to drive your own road-legal car, up the famous Shelsley Walsh track, during a day full of non-competitive runs. We allow any road-legal cars to participate, from specialist kit cars and classic sports cars to everyday standard saloons. 

Members are encouraged to invite guests to part-take in the event. We also allow passengers to join in, at an additional cost of £10.00. The passengers can car hop (with permission from the driver) allowing them to experience the hill in a range of cars.

The restaurant will be open from 8am-5pm with breakfast, lunch and Tea & Cake tickets available to purchase in advance ONLY. Food will only be Offered on a pre-booked basis. The restaurant will not be serving any other food on the day.  Alternatively, feel free to set up your ‘camp’ in your paddock shed and enjoy a picnic.

 

After the day’s driving, the Courtyard Bar will be open from 4pm allowing you to socialise with old and new friends that you made throughout the day or year.

Terms & Conditions

Entries cancelled 14 days or more prior to the meeting will be refunded in full less a £15 administration charge. Entries cancelled less than 13 days prior to the meeting will be refunded 50% of the entry fee. No refund will be available for no shows. There are no transfers available within 10 days of the event date. Organisers reserve the right to cancel the meeting if minimum numbers are not achieved by offering return of fees or transfer to an alternative date.

I understand that the Midland Automobile Club (Est.1901) Ltd (MAC) will hold by electronic means personal contact details for the administration and promotion of their Members’ Day and agree to my own details being recorded in this way for administration and promotion purposes.. I further understand that from time to time the Midland Automobile Club (Est.1901) Ltd may want to contact me electronically or by post to inform me of future club events, activities, and future developments.
