About The Event

TRADE STAND OPTIONS

  • 3 x 3 Gazebo £180.00 (inc hire of pop-up gazebo and 2 entry passes. Please note: Gazebo is self-assembly)
  • 6 x 3 Gazebo £300.00 (inc hire of pop-up gazebo and 2 entry passes. Please note: Gazebo is self-assembly)
  • 6 x 4m (Pitch space only) £70
  • 8 x 4m (Pitch space only) £110
  • 3 x 3m Autojumble Stand (Pitch space only) £30 per day

» Water is available on site but not within the main field

CAMPING

» Camping is available from 1.00pm Friday 15th July until 8.00pm Sunday 17 July 2022. 

» Camping passes are £30 whether you are staying one night or two. 

» Camping facilities are basic pitches with no electrical hook up however there will be portable toilets and a mobile shower block

» All Rubbish needs to be disposed of in the bins provided or taken home.

» Live music in the Courtyard on Saturday evening only (included for all Saturday ticket holders and all campers)

LOCATION

Trade stands will be located along the main walkway up the hill, in the main car park area.

SET UP

All exhibitors must set up on Friday 15th July from 12noon onwards. Please make yourself known to either Rebecca Leppard or Will Moody on arrival, who will show you to your pitch location.

PAYMENT

To secure your pitch, please complete the booking below and pay online. The payment includes two admission tickets, per day.

Terms & Conditions

Actual Event Times: 

08.00am - Gates open for general admission. Hill action starts at 09.00am and finishes at approx. 5.00pm each day.

Food and drink: 

There’s plenty of food outlets onsite from fast food outlets, a Vintage tea room to our own Courtyard Restaurant serving everything from cooked breakfasts, main course meals to freshly cut homemade sandwiches and cakes.

Are dogs allowed? 

Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed onsite at all.

What am I not allowed to bring in to the event? 

No weapons, knives, drugs, fireworks or flares are allowed. No dogs, other than assistance dogs are permitted.

What happens in bad weather? 

In great British fashion we carry on regardless if it rains.

What’s your refund policy? 

Unfortunately, once your ticket is booked, we can’t offer refunds unless the organisers have to cancel, however we can exchange your trade stand date to an alternative race meet.

COVID-19 SECURE

The event organisers will have all necessary precautions in place to safeguard visitors and will fully comply with the UK Government and Public Health England guidelines at the time. The details of the measures will be communicated nearer to the event date.

If the event has to be cancelled due to coronavirus, your trade stand will automatically be valid for the following year, unless a refund is requested within 30 days of the event cancellation.
